1.Product Description

Derrick FLC 2000 oil vibration screen are the series applied most widely at present. These products can be fit for all kinds of shale shakers that use the hookstrip flat screen. This screen panel is constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessory rubber plugs may be inserted to the rips or tears of the screen. By doing this, we can cut down time and the production cost. We can supply hookstrip flat screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 325. 

Main feature as follows:

1. These products screen panel are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers with a steel backing plate combined together. Because of different mesh size, and steel backing plate, on the condition of using intensity, to get the best and most effective filtering area.

2.The above of thin wire cloth with middle and the bottom of the thick wire cloth, combined with different thickness steel backing plate together, infinitely enhance the whole screen use intensity. Because of different model and clients requirement, can choose different steel backing plate form, for example hexagonal, rectangular,square and so on,supporting the above different screen cloth, the whole cloth is divided into independent small surface, prevent the part excessive expansion damaged, better extend the use lifetime.
